Citrus Sukhumvit 11 By Compass Hospitality Hotel Bangkok

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat because it provides excellent facilities for meetings and events, including a spacious meeting room. The hospitable staff made my stay comfortable, and the location was convenient for both work and leisure.

The only service I missed for my work was a printer and office supplies to handle urgent business needs.

I keep coming back for the exceptional service and comfortable amenities. The staff once helped with local delivery. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and more. I will be returning for Easter.

We only slept at the a double room with unstable internet connection, but we liked it.

The hotel is faultless, cleanwith a nice design. Overall an excellent stay — value for price, considering prices in other hotels❤

Wi-Fi was very poor; only ok breakfast.

The staff were soooo friendly and helpful, which was a nice change. The breakfast was surprisingly impressive, even for someone as picky as me.

Oh, and I just loved being surprised with a charge for those "free" water bottles in the fridge. So thoughtful.

This hotel was value for price, I think. Extremely convenient place, good food offered for continental breakfast. Everything was very good, yet a few employees were not so helpful.

The rooms at Citrus Sukhumvit 11 are seriously awesome. The 32" LCD TV with international channels made me feel right at home. The comfy bed and the well-stocked minibar were the cherry on top for me.

I personally found the laptop-compatible workspace a bit cramped.

It's hip new place to stay 2 miles away from Led. Value for price, excellent service.

Fairly clean boutique hotel with very good location and staff.

Rooms are well-lit, clean, and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food choices including Halal options and an egg station. Staff are efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Location is convenient to nearby restaurants and attractions, although the road can be busy and lacks a path for walking. Parking should be reserved in advance.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were perfect for our needs. We especially loved the clean gym that was 24 hours and the tasty breakfast served by the friendly ladies. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport while still being close to the lively restaurant scene.

The breakfast at the hotel was quite good with a wide variety of choices. They promptly refilled the dishes, ensuring that guests had plenty to eat. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its proximity to a major hospital, which was convenient for many guests. the hotel was just a short walk away from the BTS and river taxi, making it easy to explore the city.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the uncomfortable bed, which unfortunately seems to be common in Thai hotels. Another negative point was the noise from a nearby bar that could be heard until 2am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay here! Despite being on a busy street with no path for pedestrians, this place is in a good area in Sukhumvit which is an interesting area to explore. It is also within walking distance to Nana BTS station which is very convenient. The service here is excellent - the staff at the reception desk are very friendly and have provided us with great room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping service, laundry, doctor on call. Plus, there is a free shuttle service to send you to the Nana station. The room amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and sitting area are great, too. We also enjoyed having a terrace and in-room safe. The dining table and in-room air conditioning proved to be very comfortable. We also appreciated the electric kettle, television, am/fm alarm clock and telephone. It's great that there's cable/satellite television, and the staff even provided carpeted floor to make our stay extra comfortable.

We definitely recommend this hotel to families.

The rooftop swimming pool was a delightful oasis amidst the bustling city. It felt like finding a hidden gem in a concrete jungle, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The view was breathtaking, and I could enjoy a refreshing dip while sipping on a delicious cocktail from the poolside bar.

I recently stayed at Citrus Sukhumvit 11 and had a wonderful experience. I was in Bangkok for my girlfriend's medical treatment and needed a quiet room. The receptionist, Kell, upgraded my room to a higher floor, which was sweet and thoughtful. The convenient location near Bumrungrad Hospital was perfect for us, and the free tuk tuk to the BTS station made getting around easy. The rooms were well-appointed, with everything we needed including a desk, WiFi, and TV. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff, especially Kell and another lady who helped with taxi arrangements, were extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel.

Compass Hospitality made me feel at home with excellent service and a comfortable room. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was convenient for exploring the city. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, my stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.
